1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using MatchMap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service MatchMap is a mobile app that helps users find bars showing live sports matches. Bar owners can register their establishment and purchase visibility boosts.
3. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. In-App Purchases MatchMap offers consumable boost purchases for bar owners. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store.
5. User Content By submitting reviews or photos, you grant MatchMap a license to display that content within the app. You are responsible for the content you post.
6. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to misuse the app, create fake accounts, post false information about bars, or attempt to manipulate the boost system.
7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability MatchMap is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the accuracy of bar information or match schedules provided by third parties.
9. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
